This project is a full renovation of a small house on State Street in Hudson, New York. There is a single bedroom on the second floor, with a kitchen/living/dining on the first floor and a small apartment in the basement. There will be shoji screens separating rooms on the first and second floors which create a more open plan. The house is in very rough shape so the project will require a good amount of structural work.
