Guest Barn Apartment

The client wants a one bedroom guest apartment in the barn next to their house with a bathroom, and an open kitchen/living room. The size of the barn allows for a 12' high ceiling with storage on top and there will be large windows on the east wall with a view of the horse pasture next to the property.
